Anthony Marano began his real estate career in 1993 as a rental broker specializing in selling and renting residential units in Lower Manhattan. In 1995 he became an associate broker at The Corcoran Group. In 1998 Anthony founded Ozymandius R.E. Ltd, to redevelop underutilized properties in lower Manhattan and to provide real estate brokerage services for luxury residential properties.
Before his career in real estate Anthony was a proprietary options trader in energies on the New York Mercantile exchange with Cooper Neff/BNP. He also served as Regional Manager at Allstate Geo-Tek, the largest hazardous wastefield services firm in the northeast. At Allstate, Anthony was responsible for a 35 person staff and spearheaded a re-structuring of the corporation. Today Allstate is a 300-person firm with over $35 million in revenues. The principals of Allstate are investors in 20 East 17th Street and 4-6 West 14th Street.
Anthony is a graduate of Brown University where he received a B.A. in International Relations with a concentration in Economics and Asian Economics.
Since 1998 Mr. Marano has sourced, raised funds and managed construction for the following development projects:
Scott Marano began his real estate career in 1996 as an agent with The Corcoran Group where he focused on residential sales and rentals in downtown Manhattan. In 1999 Scott joined Ozymandius Realty as a partner in its development projects and to head the marketing of luxury residential units and retail spaces in its condominium conversion projects.
Before joining Ozymandius Realty Scott was a currency trader at Banque Nationale de Paris where he specialized in U.S. Dollar-Deutsche Mark and U.S. Dollar-Euro transactions.
Scott is a graduate of Villanova University. Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish Language.
